Facility: 5 Lane - 50 Meter pool with starting blocks at the deep end of the pool. Manual timing.

P.M. Sessions 13/overs 2:00 P.M. Warm-up 3:00 P.M. Start
Eligibility: Open to all 2003 registered members of USA Swimming. Age group will be determined
by age as of May 10, 2003. There are no cut-off times. All coaches must be current members
of USA Swimming, and must display their credentials on deck.
Fees: Splash fees: Ind. events - $3.00 Make checks payable to: "Aquabears". 1 check per team.
Entries: Swimmers may compete in 5 individual events per day. Submit swimmers' best long course
times for seeding. If possible, please submit entries on diskette using the LSA Team program
or any SDIF compatible software. If you submit non-computer entries for more than
5 swimmers, a $1 charge, per swimmer, must be added to your fees. The attached entry
summary sheet must be submitted.
Time Trials: Time trials will be allowed if time permits. Swimmers must not exceed the daily entry limitation.
Entry fee for time trials will be $5.00.
Deadline: Entries must be received by 6:00 P.M. on April 30, 2003. Entries will be accepted based
on date/time the entries are received. Per CSI, "Formal team entry date is determined by
the date of entry hard copy and entry fee receipt by host team." The Meet Manager reserves
the right to make changes, subject to the approval of CSI Program Operations. If any changes
are necessary, teams will be notified by May 5th.

Results: Will be posted on the CSI website. Paper results available upon request.
Timers/Officials: Teams will be asked to supply timers in relationship to the size of their
entry. Assignments will be posted, and must be filled for the duration of
the session. Teams providing officials will have their timing assignments
adjusted if the names of the officials are provided with the entry.

Rules: CT Swimming scratch procedures will be followed and enforced. Swimmers who are
not scratched, and fail to compete in an event, will be scratched from their next event.
Handicap Access: Handicapped parking and pool deck access are available. Elevators are also available.
Food: Available.
Directions: Take the Merritt Parkway to Exit 59. Turn south to the first traffic light and left onto
Whalley Ave. Go 3.7 miles to York Ave. Turn left on York to the first light. Turn left.
Yale's Payne-Whitney Gymnasium is straight ahead.
From I-95, take the Route 34 exit, turn right at the first light onto York, and follow the
above directions.
